How Marijuana Laws Are Changing Across the Country

The Sacramento Bee is taking a look at the country’s evolving marijuana laws in a new video segment titled, “Uniting States of Marijuana.”

Since 2012, seven states and Washington, D.C. have legalized recreational pot, including three just this year. Medical cannabis is now legal in 28 states. Despite his selection of marijuana hardliner Jeff Sessions as Attorney General, even Donald Trump has expressed support for medical pot.

“Is this the end of cannabis prohibition?” aks the Bee.
