New Cannabis Line Will Donate 100% of Profits to Social Equity and Criminal Justice Reform

One of California’s leading cannabis luxury brands is sharing some of its good fortune with those who have been negatively impacted by the War on Drugs.

The brand Canndescent will donate 100% of profits from its new cannabis line JUSTICE JOINTS to the cause of social justice.

“Specifically, JUSTICE JOINTS will donate all profits to fostering the participation and ownership of BIPOC communities within the cannabis industry and to prisoner release, expungement and reentry programs for those convicted of nonviolent cannabis offenses,” according to a news release

The brand is partnering with the Last Prisoner Project, a non-profit coalition of social justice and drug reform advocates, to accomplish these goals.
