11,000 Plants Destroyed in Humboldt County Raid

11,000 plants and 4,700 pounds of processed cannabis have been destroyed following a raid on a property east of Gaberville, KRCR reports

The owners had a permit from Humboldt County but they didn’t have a license from the state. No arrests were made, though authorities did seize firearms and discovered illegal water diversions on the property. The case will be forwarded to the District Attorney's Office.

The operation was led by the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office Marijuana Enforcement Team, with assistance from three other agencies.
