Nevada County to Clear Hundreds of Marijuana Convictions

The county’s district attorney filed the motion on June 24.

Proposition 64 allowed for the expungement of past marijuana convictions upon petition. A 2018 law requires counties to identify offenses eligible for automatic dismissal or reduction.
