COVID-19 Leads to Boost in Pot Sales

The cannabis industry is indirectly benefiting from the pandemic sweeping across the globe. With millions of people hunkered down in quarantine, cannabis sale are shooting through the roof.

Surges in marijuana sales have been reported in BostonNevada, and Los Angeles. Los Angeles Kush in Echo Park says it has seen a 30% spike in sales.

As CalMarijuanaPolicy has reported, the State of California has declared cannabis an essential industry, allowing dispensaries to serve consumers through the shelter-in-place orders.
