Authorities Raid 13 Grows Connected to Same Operator

A California man has been arrested for running more than a dozen illegal marijuana growing operations across three counties in Southern California.

The suspect lives in San Diego and was running the indoor farms out of leased homes. NBC 4 reports that nearly 19,000 marijuana plants were seized in 13 raids in Temecula, Murrieta, Riverside, Chino, Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga, Rowland Heights, and Hacienda Heights. Nine ther people were arrested at the sites.

The operator now faces charges of conspiracy to cultivate marijuana without a license, in addition to other crimes.
