Costa Mesa Poised to Welcome Recreational Pot Testing and Distribution

The Costa Mesa Planning Commission awarded two long-awaited conditional use permits to marijuana manufacturing and distribution company Se7enLeaf LLC Monday. The permits will allow the company to open two facilities totaling 6,700 square feet of space at 3505 Cadillac Ave.

Monday’s decision came six days after the Costa Mesa City Council voted to allow cannabis manufacturing, distribution and testing of recreational pot in the city. (A second vote is scheduled for April 3.) Testing and manufacturing for medical marijuana is already allowed under Measure X.
