Nearly five months ago, California voters approved the legalization of recreational marijuana. But, given the particulars of the law, some people are still confused about what they can and can’t do under Proposition 64. If you can’t buy it yet, how can you smoke it? How many plants can you grow? Where exactly can you smoke?
